Are you looking to end your day by letting go of worry, anxiety, and mental activity? This is the spot for you. Join us every Monday night to be gently guided in a 30-minute meditation to support you in your day and within the community.
This practice is offered to beginners and experienced meditators.

At Madison Mindfulness, our mission is to make all our Offerings accessible to as many people as possible. Our Reduced Rate offering has a limited number of spots available to support members of marginalized groups (people of color, queer people, people with disabilities) and those experiencing financial hardships. These spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We rely on those who can afford to pay the Base Rate to please do so. The Supportive Rate is for those who can meet the Base Rate and wish to make an extra monetary offering or Dana (Generosity Practice) to support the Madison Mindfulness Community.
