What is forgiveness? Why is it difficult? Should we forgive at all? With curiosity and goodwill, we can explore these questions to come to our own understanding of what it’s like to forgive others and ourselves. With the practice of Mindfulness, we will learn how to use clear discernment with the heart of compassion to work with this teaching heart-opening teaching.
Beginning meditation instructions will be provided.
The class will begin with a talk followed by a guided meditation on forgiveness and end with time for shares and questions.
