February 10 @ 11:30 am – 12:30 pm

This class is a drop-in session to provide a safe and supportive space for those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, asexual, and those who identify as non-binary and all others not mentioned. This space is a courageous one where we come together to celebrate who we are and what we bring to this world while learning about mindfulness and compassion practices and how to cultivate them in our lives.
People at all levels of practice are welcome. Beginning meditation instructions are always given. The class will start with a 20-minute guided meditation followed by mindfulness teachings and will end with time for shares and questions.

At Madison Mindfulness, our mission is to make all our Offerings accessible to as many people as possible. Our Reduced Rate offering has a limited number of spots available to support members of marginalized groups (people of color, queer people, people with disabilities) and those experiencing financial hardships. These spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We rely on those who can afford to pay the Base Rate to please do so. The Supportive Rate is for those who can meet the Base Rate and wish to make an extra monetary offering or Dana (Generosity Practice) to support the Madison Mindfulness Community.
